Our promises

We turn up when we say we will, and we tell you if anything holds us up.
Each walk has a window we agree at the meet and greet, and your walker arrives inside it. If traffic, weather or an earlier dog runs late, we send you a message before the window starts, so you are never left wondering when your dog will get out.

Your dog gets the same friendly walker every week, so they always know who is at the door.
Your dog is matched with one walker who learns their quirks, their favourite routes and how your home works. When your walker takes a holiday, we tell you ahead of time and introduce the stand in at a short visit, so nobody new turns up unannounced.

After every walk you get a photo and a quick note about how your dog went.
After every walk or visit you get a photo and a quick note: where you went, how your dog ate and anything worth knowing. Photos go only to you, and we never post a dog anywhere without asking you first.

Never more than four dogs out together, matched by size, age and energy.
Group walks have four dogs at most, matched by size, age and energy, so the quiet ones are never overwhelmed. Dogs that prefer their own company, are in training or are getting over an operation can walk solo at the same price.

Leads stay on near roads, water always comes along, and we check the gate twice when we leave.
Leads stay on near roads and other dogs, fresh water comes on every walk, and no dog is ever left alone in a car. When we drop your dog home, we check the gate and the door twice and lock your key away again.
